Spamhaus has three publicly queryable zones.

- sbl.spamhaus.org
- xbl.spamhaus.org
- sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

If the zone you are querying which is apparently returning a hit on every email is not misspelled in your config document then I am puzzled.

A good start to debugging this would be to try a DNSBL lookup from the command line (i.e. completely outside of the Domino server).

>nslookup 2.0.0.127.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

should return a hit.

Do the same thing with an IP you know is not listed on the sbl or xbl

>nslookup reversed.dotted.quad.address.sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

If that also returns a hit, then something is wrong with name resolution in your base OS and it is nothing to do with Domino at all.
